The team behind Stell.

  • Malory has served in a variety of engineering, supply chain, and quality roles in Aerospace & Defense. She has worked in large OEMs, building cockpit doors at Airbus and missile defense infrared detectors at Raytheon. She was an intern at Anduril Industries during her MBA. Malory was an early Product Manager at Hadrian, helping build the internal ERP system Flow and creating an AS9100 compliant system from scratch in less than 6 months.

Malory has filled out and reviewed hundreds of First Article Inspection Reports and used countless customer portals and software solutions. She was trained in IBM DOORS requirements management at Airbus, and has completed many large certification campaigns for complex systems.

Malory has a bachelors in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

  • Anne has been passionate about aerospace from a young age. As a former management consultant and strategic partnerships manager, most recently she was on the founding team of a start-up space company, Mission Control, a company developing software for planetary robotics. There, Anne helped build the company from the ground up, leading initiatives under strategy, BD, and business operations. She remains an advisor today. She also spent time at Techstars Space working with deep tech founders on strategy, BD and fundraising. She loves working in early stage companies and the newspace/ aerospace industry.

Anne met Malory at HBS, where the two eventually became co-presidents of the Aerospace Club, and started working together on the idea for Stell in its earliest stages. Anne has an Honors in Business from Western University (Ivey) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

  • Zoë combines software engineering and design to build better products for engineers and scientists. She started her career as a software engineer at LinkedIn before working at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where she worked with on the Human Centered Design team on interfaces for autonomous missions on Mars.

She brings a practical engineering background together with modern design principles.

Zoë has a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and a Master of Design Technology from U.C. Berkeley’s School of Engineering.

  • Isaac has a broad background in software engineering, ranging from software development, system administration, end user support, and everything in between. He has a passion for creating applications and user experiences that improve people's lives, and believes the software industry has a long way to go. He has over 10 years of professional experience building software, most recently as a software engineer at SpaceX where he focused on creating applications for the design and manufacturing systems that empower the company. Prior to that, he was an engineer at Shape Security, Palantir Technologies, and was an intelligence analyst/instructor in the US Marine Corps.

  • Brittany is a versatile software engineer with a focus on APIs and strengths in multiple back-end languages and front-end frameworks. She built her career from junior to tech lead with the El Segundo software consultancy behind the TechEmpower Framework Benchmarks, where her work was driven by her passion for creating beautiful and reliable user experiences that delight the customer. Her industry experience spans cybersecurity, ecommerce, esports, and health and wellness.

A California native and a product of its public schools, Brittany holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from CSU Monterey Bay and has a background in mathematics.

  • Kristen is enthusiastic about creating software that improves efficiency in industries with outdated technologies. She began a career in software engineering after developing a desire to create tools that would have improved her effectiveness in her previous role as a speech-language pathologist. Now, she takes pride in contributing to a strong team dedicated to building valuable solutions that make users’ jobs easier as a full-stack software engineer.

Kristen holds a bachelor’s degree in linguistics from UCLA and a master’s degree in speech-language pathology from CSU San Marcos.

  • Ben is a self-taught software engineer who studied physics at UC Santa Barbara. He maintained product integrations and data aggregation pipelines before building internal tooling for engineering teams at Honey/PayPal. A lifelong learner, Ben aims to be a programming polyglot and is deeply interested in programming language features, type theory, and functional programming.Outside of software engineering, Ben enjoys bike touring, discovering new breweries, perfecting the art of barbeque, and sailing.

  • As a former satellite and ground station systems engineer, Jack spent countless hours untangling the mess of requirements management stored on IBM's DOORs. While the engineers he worked with had ample passion for building quality products that served the warfighter, they were often held back by the limitations of key tools used to access and interact with critical information. They wanted to build - not just do and re-do paperwork.

Jack has worked on cutting edge space technologies for more than a decade, previously working as Director of Business Development at Astrobotic, and serving in systems engineering and program management roles at Apple Inc., Airbus U.S., SAIC, Lockheed Martin and Boeing.

Jack received his MBA from Harvard Business School where he specialized in emerging markets within the New Space and cislunar economies, a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford focusing on applied plasma physics and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from UC San Diego.

  • Mark brings a unique blend of aerospace industry experience and software engineering skills to Stell. With a mechanical engineering degree from Stanford University and nearly a decade at Lockheed Martin Space, Mark has developed a systems-level approach to challenges in both product development and engineering.
During his tenure at Lockheed Martin, Mark worked on complex propulsion systems and managed requirements for large-scale aerospace programs. This experience honed his skills in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management.
Driven by a passion for innovative solutions, Mark transitioned into software engineering, adding full-stack development capabilities to his robust aerospace background. This combination allows him to bridge the gap between hardware and software, bringing a holistic understanding to Stell's mission of revolutionizing aerospace manufacturing through cutting-edge software solutions.

  • John has over 10+ years of experience working on systems that are essential to enterprise organizations, ranging from on-prem identity management deployments to multi-cloud Kubernetes environments. Before joining Stell, he worked as a DevOps engineer at the attack surface management startup Expanse, which was later acquired by Palo Alto Networks, where he worked as a software engineer.
In a previous life, he managed critical identity management systems for hundreds of thousands of students at both City University of New York, and the Maryland Department of Education.Outside of work he's interested in cooking, bicycles, vintage dishware, cross-country road trips, and running a home lab.

  • Keaton has worked in security for over 6+ years in the nuclear, healthcare, and technology industry, working for the UN, International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the US State Department.

Her experience in the government and the private sector has allowed her to lead security operations teams through implementation and certifications such as FedRAMP, helping to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability for cloud service providers (CSP)s.

Keaton has a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Webster University - Vienna, Austria and specialized in nuclear security.
