Leadership Team

  • Malory has served in a variety of engineering, supply chain, and quality roles in Aerospace & Defense. She has worked in large OEMs, building cockpit doors at Airbus and missile defense infrared detectors at Raytheon. She was an intern at Anduril Industries during her MBA. Malory was an early Product Manager at Hadrian, helping build the internal ERP system Flow and creating an AS9100 compliant system from scratch in less than 6 months.

She was trained in IBM DOORS requirements management at Airbus, and has completed many large certification campaigns for complex systems.

Malory has a bachelors in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

  • Prior to Stell, Anne worked as a management consultant and strategic partnerships manager. Most recently, she was on the founding team of a start-up space company, Mission Control, a company developing software for planetary robotics. There, Anne helped build the company from the ground up, leading initiatives under strategy, BD, and business operations. She remains an advisor today. She also spent time at Techstars Space working with deep tech founders on strategy, BD and fundraising.

Anne has an Honors in Business from Western University (Ivey) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

  • Zoë likes to build products for engineers and scientists. She started her career as a software engineer at LinkedIn before working at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where she worked on applications for autonomous missions on Mars.

At Stell, she leads the engineering team and technical strategy, designing scalable solutions that meet customer deployment and data classification requirements.

Zoë has a bachelor's degree from UCLA and a Master of Design Technology from U.C. Berkeley's School of Engineering.

  • As a former satellite and ground station systems engineer, Jack spent countless hours untangling the mess of requirements management stored on IBM's DOORs. While the engineers he worked with had ample passion for building quality products that served the warfighter, they were often held back by the limitations of key tools used to access and interact with critical information. They wanted to build - not just do and re-do paperwork.

Jack has worked on cutting edge space technologies for more than a decade, previously working as Director of Business Development at Astrobotic, and serving in systems engineering and program management roles at Apple Inc., Airbus U.S., SAIC, Lockheed Martin and Boeing.

Jack received his MBA from Harvard Business School where he specialized in emerging markets within the New Space and cislunar economies, a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford focusing on applied plasma physics and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from UC San Diego.
